We use WordPress and WooCommerce as the base of provided website service.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally eligible to enter into a contractual relationship. Businesses must legally be allowed to enter into a contract per their jurisdiction.
4. User Obligations
Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account. Users agree to keep log-in credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Our platform and website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is Our property or the property of our licensors, and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws but;

All prices for our services are stated on our platform. We reserve the right to modify setup fees or other one time payments for our services at any time without prior notice. For subscription based services Lycia Creative LTD must warn customers 30 days before the price change.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion and without prior notice, specifically in cases where users violate these Terms and Conditions. On termination cases; setup fees or other payments will not refunded except from terminated months subscription fee.
9. Disclaimer
Our services are provided “as-is” and we express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to our services or the materials contained on our service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Lycia Creative LTD be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or damages of any kind.
